1    All forms of payment are to be made upfront. No pictures will be done unless payment is made in full for the entire commission. Once work has been started, no refunds will be offered. all forms of gil based payments are to be made on na servers, however travel to OCE data center to recieve payments is also acceptable.

  2    All pictures will be watermarked. This is to prevent work from being claimed as someone elses, and to ensure that professionality is maintained.

  3    All client work is to be handled in the form of MCDF files. If there are certain circumstances that may prevent this, discussions are available for alternative methods such as .chara data.

  4    Please make it known exactly what kind of pictures are being requested, if there are specific types that are wanted. Failure to provide information on specific types of pictures grants Kiri complete creative freedom.

  5    Due to how much time pictures may take, a limit is typically set on how many pictures can be requested at once. This is limited to a maximum of four solo shots, or three couple shots. This entirely applies to both SFW and NSFW based pictures.

  6    It is not my responsibility to seek out and find specific mods for clients. If there is a specific mod requested, a link or a direct download to the mod must be provided. This only applies to specific minions, as MCDF files cannot be changed by Kiri in any way.

  7    While Kiri is happy to work on whatever is requested, respect is required for his time and effort. Please do not demand updates or demand that your work be put over anything else that he may have going on externally, or with other clients.

  8    All pictures taken are going to be used in portfolios.

There is no exception to this. Portfolios are how my work is shown, and how others know what I am able to do client work. If you need your shots not posted immediately, that is acceptable, however please know that they will be posted in portfolio's regardless.
